The first transactions, for the time being, in office space in the area of Omonia around the former Minion department store for satisfactory prices are now a fact, as the renovation and redevelopment of the complex, which once housed the capital's largest department store, promises to upgrade the entire area, as you read in yesterday's Real Estate Daily Secret. 

Meanwhile, the developer of the project has reportedly received dozens of expressions of interest for the residential portion of the complex as well.

In total, a total of:

• 40 apartments and 5 maisonettes
• From 50 to 125 square meters
• With the latter to be delivered by the end of 2027

PPC AND ZARA

In the meantime, work has already been completed on floors rented by PPC, and indeed some of its services are already operating from there.

We recall that one of the largest Zara stores will also operate in the same building, while other major tenants are gradually being placed on the site and in the building.

In total, it is foreseen that the Minion complex will dedicate:

• 6,000 sqm to office uses
• 8,000 m2 to commercial and
• 4,500 m2 to residential properties
